That quality begins with our choice of the best equipment in the industry. Our 6 HP Indigos are installed in an environmentally friendly climate controlled facility utilizing dual redundant 10 ton HVAC systems, reverse osmosis humidification system, air filtration, triple redundant electrical system, and dual T1 redundant internet connections all which makes our facility capable of exceptional quality and productivity.
Our choice of HP Indigo presses was driven entirely based on quality. The HP Indigo Digital Press is the only digital offset press on the market, offering true offset quality with the speed and the flexibility that digital printing brings to the industry. Our Indigos utilize ink and not toner powder. Each of our 6 HP Indigos are capable of producing 15,000 sheets per day giving our facility a daily capacity of over 90,000 sheets per day.
Almost as important as our choice of HP Indigo as our printing platform are our choices of paper vendors and specific paper stocks we make available to our customers. We consistently work with our paper vendors to bring in the best print stock for our customers. In our effort to reduce our industry impact on the environment we work on with paper mills that are FSC certified, Green Seal Approved and those who utilize renewable energy resources,
Our facility is staffed 16 hours a day 5 days a week by operators with extensive HP Digital Press experience.
Quality and reliability do not end when a job leaves the press floor. Our state of the art print finishing and shipping facility utilize only the best equipment available to finish your order. Our shipping systems are integrated with both FedEx and UPS in real time notifying our staff and customers with Print-on-Demand shipping updates.
